My dogs are NOT CKC registered Bulldogs! I work with a alternative line of Bulldog that I am developing with the help of a few others that we have Canadian Trademarked as the Dhomhnuill Style BulldogTM. My lines are as close to the "English" Bulldog as possible with out compromising the health of the dogs. I do this by carefully selecting dogs to be bred from the best lines available. By following a strict standard and a very strict health certification program set out by the Better Bulldog Breeders Association I am able to produce a Bulldog that is only 3-4" taller and up to 10 lbs heavier. The final product a good looking Bulldog that is far more healthy and fit then the CKC and AKC Bulldog of today. Pictures of the dogs I have produced speak for them selves. My dogs are no good for catch or guard work! I do not breed for these traits. My dogs are a healthy and fit alternative to the "English" Bulldog.

The best of the best, bred to the best, to produce the BEST!!!
On May 14th 2008 the Intellectual Property Office of Canada excepted and allowed the registration of the Dhomhnuill Style Bulldog trade-mark for the purpose of: (1) Dog breeding and stud services. (2) Kennel services. (3) Association services (BBBA), namely, promoting the interests of breeders of Bulldogs, maintaining a legal registry of Bulldogs, issuing pedigree certificates for health certified Bulldogs, and maintaining a registry of ownership and transfer of title of Bulldogs. (4) Identifying of health certified Bulldogs with a genetic make up of no less then 75% Bulldog. We are very happy that this has finely become a reality! We started the trade-marking process over two years ago and had only a couple of road blocks to over come. Our next goal is to work towards having the Dhomhnuill Style Bulldog recognised as either a distinct or evolving breed with AGRI Canada's Animal Pedigree Act. We currently follow all APAC by-laws and guide lines and our Better Bulldog Breeders Association is considered to have Common Law rights to register the Dhomhnuill Style Bulldog in Canada as PURE BREED when it's conformation and pedigree warrant us to do so.
